Hot brakes don't work as well as cold brakes, so how can you manage their temperature?
We've all been there before - six laps of your favourite circuit and your brakes start to fade, so it's into the pits to cool them down. With Black Performance HD coatings, you can pit less often!
When coated in Black HD, brake calipers radiate heat faster, particularly as calipers benefit from good airflow, and consequently stay cooler for longer. The HD coating can also be applied to disc and drum brake surfaces to increase cooling.
In addition, our Black HC coating can be used to coat the inside of wheels, preventing heat soak from the braking system affecting tyre pressures.
